The infamous Balaia Golf Village is just 25 minutes by car from FARO International Airport, and is ideally located in the central Algarve between Vilamoura and Albufeira, with their golden beaches, extensive shopping, leisure facilities and lively, cosmopolitan nightlife. The appartment is ideal for families and golfers alike. The Algarve appartment is only a few hundred yards from the the award-winning 9 hole golf course on the complex along with the driving range and putting green. The Appartment is ideally situated for all golf courses as it is very close to Vilamoura and Quinta. Group bookings are also welcomed as there are 2 other appts for possible rent above and along from mine. There are six pools with loungers, umbrellas, Tennis court, Hairdressers,Gym and Restaurant within the complex. .Set within the BALAIA GOLF VILLAGE complex lies one of the Algarve's best kept secret. A 9 Hole Executive Golf Course to test every golfer irrespective of handicap. Set around lakes, rolling hills and a mixture of pine and cork trees. This course requires pin point approaches, a fine touch around the greens and a solid putting stroke. A west facing 40+ bay driving range with various practice positions and many targets. Chipping, pitching, bunker and 3 putting greens to hone your short game to perfection! Until the 1960's Albufeira was a small fishing village now adays, it s the major tourist centre of the algarve with a vibrancy and charm that is hard to beat, still remaining much of its traditional charm and character; Albufeira is a modern lively pleasure resort with lots to doa nd see!. It boasts a bustling nightlife, modern shops, watersports, museums, trips and excursions, slide and splash, boat tours and much more.
